Flagship project — Producing a brand visual series with AI
- Objective: produce, for a real or fictional brand, a consistent visual series — not an isolated image. This is the exercise that separates curiosity from professional production.
- Materials: the Midjourney & Visual AI cheat sheet below (light, framing, parameters, workflow vocabulary) to keep at hand.
- Method: one step per level. Frame use and ethics, learn to prompt, master parameters, work style, finalize in a combined workflow, then industrialize with a guideline.

Step 0 · Level 0 — Frame (N0)
Pick the brand and 3 relevant use cases (illustrate an idea, not document a reality). List prohibitions: real people, brands, protected works. Check your tool's ToS.
Step 1 · Level 1 — Generate (N1)
Open an account (or use a free alternative) and produce your first images with a STRUCTURED prompt: subject + context + style + light + framing. Practice the re-roll / variations / upscale cycle.
Step 2 · Level 2 — Set parameters (N2)
Test --stylize (low vs high), --chaos, and fix a --seed to isolate a change's effect. Identify a style reference (--sref) embodying your brand.
Step 3 · Level 3 — Stylize (N3)
Work light (direction, quality, color), framing and lens. Choose between photorealism and graphic style, then produce a consistent series (character or universe) with references.
Step 4 · Level 4 — Finalize (N4)
Fix flaws via inpainting, retouch and enlarge (Photoshop/Firefly, upscaler), then compose with logo and typography. Document your production pipeline.
Step 5 · Level 5 — Industrialize (N5)
Write the AI visual guideline (pillars, template prompts, frozen parameters, references, prohibitions). Optionally add a short animation. Define your disclosure rule and traceability.
Success criteria
- Clear framing: relevant use cases, identified prohibitions, checked ToS — AI illustrates an idea, it does not document a reality.
- Prompt and parameter mastery: structured prompts, understood effect of --stylize/--chaos/--seed, methodical iteration.
- A TRULY consistent series (style and/or character) obtained with references, and deliberate light and framing work.
- Visuals finalized in a combined workflow (fixing, composition, text added outside AI), a documented visual guideline, and a responsible approach (disclosure, traceability, rights compliance).
