6.1Real cases

Goal: see how the level 0 to 5 skills chain together on real professional use cases.
Estimated time: 14 min · If you only have 5 min: read “The essentials in 30s” + the diagram.

The essentials in 30 seconds

  • Chain: pick the right tool, write an RCTF prompt, iterate, check, protect data — the order is what makes the pro.
  • Check: whoever signs checks figures and commitments before release, whatever the wording quality.
  • Protect: client history and company data go through the approved tool or anonymisation, never direct pasting.

Amine thread — one year on: client meeting and content campaign

Amine, a project manager in Algiers, reviews his two landmark files of the year: the client meeting prepared and followed through end to end with AI, and the month of content produced without falling into the generic. Both cases below replay his chain: right tool, RCTF prompt, iteration, checking and data protection.

Each case follows the Context → Steps → Result flow: replay it on your files.

Why real cases

Previous levels laid the bricks; here we assemble them end to end. It is the chain of the right reflexes — picking the right tool, writing an RCTF prompt, iterating, checking, and protecting data — that sets lucid professional use apart from blind trust.

Case 1 — Amine prepares a client meeting from A to Z

Context: Amine must prepare an important meeting: synthesise the client history, write an agenda, anticipate objections, then produce the minutes.

Déroulé :

  1. Pick the right tool: client history = company data → approved tool or anonymisation.
  2. Summarise the file: ask for a 5-point executive summary (stakes, history, tension points).
  3. Prepare with an RCTF prompt for the agenda, then ask AI to play the sceptical client.
  4. In the meeting: automatic recap only if transcription is announced.
  5. After: turn the recap into action minutes and check the assignments.
  6. Check figures and commitments before release: whoever signs checks.

Result: A meeting prepared and followed up in a fraction of the usual time — with data protected and facts checked before release.

Case 2 — Amine launches a differentiating content campaign

Context: Amine must produce a month of content (posts, newsletter) without falling into generic, interchangeable AI content.

Déroulé :

  1. Start from lived material: a client case, a figure, an expert opinion.
  2. Document the brand tone with a sample (style transfer, few-shot).
  3. Generate an editorial calendar then adapt one pillar content per channel.
  4. Ask for 10 hooks per post and keep the best.
  5. Run the quality test: could anyone have written this? Strengthen with lived experience.
  6. Check the rights, rule out any style imitation, flag AI if required.

Result: A month of content produced fast but differentiated by real expertise — defensible on quality, intellectual property and ethics.

Common misinterpretation: “Apply the cases to the letter.” No. The cases show an order of chaining (right tool, framed prompt, iteration, checking, data protection), not a rigid script: reuse the order and adapt the tool and the charter to your organisation.
Text version of the diagram (SEO / screen readers / translation): Pro usage chain: 1) Pick the tool by data (approved if company). 2) Frame with an RCTF prompt and an example. 3) Iterate and ask for criticism. 4) Check facts, figures and rights before release. 5) Keep the human on decisions and sending. Lesson: it is the chain's order, not speed, that makes use professional.

Ready-to-say script — framing before launching AI (30 s)

“Before launching AI: is the data company data? If yes, approved tool or anonymisation. Does my prompt have role, context, task and format? What checking level to plan before release? The human keeps decisions and sending.”

Small business / tight budget

One case posted near workstations: approved tool, RCTF prompt, checking before sending.

SME in Algeria

Adapt to local realities: organisation-approved tool, team charter, usual approval channels.

Remote / hybrid

Double traceability at a distance: one thread per topic, announced transcription, checked written minutes.

Intercultural

Check local practices before transposing a case: expected tone, formats and AI mentions vary.

48h challenge — apply tomorrow

Take 1 real file (meeting or content to produce) and write its 4-step chain (tool → RCTF prompt → iteration → checking). Note the approved tool to use.

Section exit checklist
  • I can chain the reflexes in the right order on a real case.
  • I have a replayable case sheet for my next file.
  • I did the 48h challenge or planned its date.
Self-rating 1-5: tool → prompt → checking chain?data protection and checking before release?
