Step 0 · Level 0 — Frame & create the channel (L0)

Define your niche, target audience and promise; gather a minimal kit (smartphone, light, microphone); create and polish the channel (identity, YouTube Studio).

Step 1 · Level 1 — Film (L1)

Write a script (strong hook + structure), take care of framing, lighting and especially sound, then film a first video from start to finish without aiming for perfection.

Step 2 · Level 2 — Edit (L2)

Choose software (CapCut or DaVinci), edit (cut, assemble, rhythm, B-roll, royalty-free music), add subtitles and create an attractive thumbnail with Canva.

Step 3 · Level 3 — Optimize (L3)

Target searched keywords, write a searchable and clickable title, polish the description and chapters, and design the title/thumbnail pair for CTR; organize playlists.

Step 4 · Level 4 — Grow (L4)

Keep a regular, sustainable pace (calendar, batching), use Shorts for discovery, analyze YouTube Analytics (retention, CTR), engage the community and seek collaborations.

Step 5 · Level 5 — Monetize & sustain (L5)

Aim for the YPP (with realistic expectations), prepare revenue diversification, respect copyright, and consider a brand and multi-platform strategy.
